How to Clean Windows:

• Prepare the Cleaning Solution 

Unger’s Professional Streak-Free EasyGlide Glass Cleaner Concentrate is specially formulated to provide crystal-clear, streak-free results. To prepare the solution, simply dilute it according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Pour the diluted solution into your Unger 6 Gallon Heavy-Duty Bucket, ensuring you have enough for the entire cleaning job.

• Scrub the Window 

Dip the Unger Professional Performance Grip Window Cleaner Scrubber into the cleaning solutions and gently scrub the entire window surface to loosen any dirt, grime, or stuck-on substances. Pay extra attention to corners and edges. While the window is still wet, you can use the Homax Steel Wool #0000 very lightly to polish the glass if there are any stubborn spots or debris.

• Squeegee the Window

Attach the Unger Professional 18” Performance Grip Window & Glass Cleaning Squeegee to the Unger Professional Connect & Clean Telescoping Extension Pole for higher windows if needed. Start at the top of the window and pull the squeegee down in a straight, vertical motion, wiping off the cleaning solution. Make sure to overlap each pass slightly to avoid streaks. Wipe the squeegee blade with a clean, lint-free cloth after each pass.

• Dry and Polish

After squeegeeing the entire window, use a clean, dry, and lint-free cloth to wipe off any remaining moisture or streaks. Also, remember to clean the window tracks to prevent dirt from being dragged back onto the glass during future use.
