With over 20 years of industry experience, we have built our business and reputation on honesty, integrity, and hard work! Customer service is our #1 priority and the reason why we have been able to maintain our clients for years, not just months! We have the tools and necessary training to properly clean your facility!
No Annual Contracts
If you are not happy, we are not happy! We believe that if we are meeting your needs, there is no reason for something as binding as annual contracts. We also believe in mutuality, where our working relationship is based on each side providing what the other needs in order to be successful!
Caleb Ferling
Client Relations Principal
Caleb started Cleanstart in 2002 after working with several national and regional cleaning companies. The vision for Cleanstart was birthed out of a frustration for the way his previous employers handled and managed their businesses. Caleb’s goal was to provide affordable cleaning rates and excellent customer service. Owning Cleanstart has allowed him the privilege of raising his two beautiful daughters and being part of all aspects of their lives. Caleb’s continued enthusiasm for his business and his “commitment to customer satisfaction” has been his motto for the past fifteen years.
Tracy Johnson
Director of Operations Principal
Tracy has been in and around the cleaning industry since starting his first company in 1995. He is the father of three children, two boys, and a beautiful daughter. Tracy handles all the operations end of Cleanstart from customers to payroll. He has played a vital role in the success of Cleanstart. Tracy’s hobbies include mountain biking, working out and being a faithful and loving father and husband to his family.
Marie Johnson
Controller
Marie is a proud mother of two sons and five grandchildren. She has been working with Cleanstart for the last six years. She is an example of everything that is good. She is dedicated to the success of her family and this business. She is a self-proclaimed workaholic. Not only does Marie handle all the accounting for CleanStart, she is also a successful real estate agent.
Erika Guzman
Operations Manager
Erika is one of Cleanstart’s outstanding operations managers. She lives with her husband Javier and is a mother to three children. Erika has worked for Cleanstart since 2016 and is a loyal, hardworking member of our team. Not only does Erika take on the demanding job of helping manage 40 employees, she also has beaten cancer and truly exemplifies a personality that does not back down. Erika enjoys arts and crafts along with spending time with her family and work. Cleanstart is grateful to have Erika on our team.
Dylan Pitzer
Customer Service Representative
Dylan Pitzer is our Cleanstart customer service representative. Dylan is highly skilled in customer relations, and works hard to keep people happy and solve issues in a snap. When he isn’t working hard for us, Dylan enjoys spending time with his wife and family. Other hobbies include spending time outside on hikes with his Golden Retriever Gretta, or practicing the guitar and cutting a few strokes off his golf game. Cleanstart is lucky to have his helpful spirit.
August Perry-Jones
Sales Representative
August is one of Cleanstart’s outside sales representatives. He brings an aspect of professionalism and creativity to our team using his videography skills to document our work scope. When he is not at work, he enjoys being in nature, snowboarding, and spending time with his dog, Sadie. He is a great addition to our team.
Terrin Hurtado
Project Manager
Terrin runs all the special projects for Cleanstart including but not limited to construction cleans, Specialized Dusting, Floor and carpet care and other project that needs attending to. Outside of Cleanstart, Terrin enjoys photography, long boarding, hiking and spending time with his loved ones.
Monica Van Beek
Administrative Assistant
Monica Van Beek is the rudder to Cleanstart’s ship. If you call our office she will be the friendly voice on the other end of the line. She was born in a small town in Costa Rica where she grew up speaking both Spanish and English her bi lingual skills are excellent. She has been in the Janitorial industry for the last 7 years and in Administrative positions for the last 30 years. She has been happily married for 9 years and outside of work she enjoys crafting and spending time with her husband and Great Pyrenees.
Mike Stafford
Project Manager
Mike Stafford is Celebrating 30 years in the industry. He is a proven expert in the field and yet remains humble and helpful to those who need. His knowledge in the field is superior. Outside of Work Mike and his wonderful wife of 34 years have raised three boys ages 20 ,23, and 26 and they are soon expecting their first grandchild in May. Mike and his wife have been renovating they’re 1950’s farmhouse for the last several years while they continue to “homestead” they’re 2 acre slice of heaven in Federal Way Washington. Jessica Robbins
Sales Representative
Jessica Robbins is the newest piece to the Cleanstart team. Since her time here she has made a huge impact. She has been in the Janitorial industry for the last five years and brings knowledge and organization to another level. Outside of work Jessica loves to raise and train her 3 German Shepard’s. She dabbles in gardening and loves hanging out with close friends. She recently became engaged and is looking forward to a spring wedding- Congratulations Jessica-

We provide on-going evaluations and welcome all forms of feedback and requests. Every Cleanstart cleaning technician undergoes security screening and a 40-hour training program. Our “black light” inspections ensure the job is done right!
