Cleanstart uses site-specific production rates based on industry standards in accordance with the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA). We use the most innovative equipment and technology, such as our Microfiber Flat Mop System to improve our production rates. This allows us to provide our customers with industry competitive pricing and the highest quality of service.
What does a sales appointment with Cleanstart look like?
Our appointments with you are usually less than ten minutes and there is no hard selling. Our approach to sales is to come in as a consultant. We will look at your facility and point out areas that could use improvement or commend your current cleaning service for providing you with a good service. While in your facility we will take some measurements of the square footage while at the same time being very discreet and respectful. After leaving your office, we will put together a proposal suited to meet your needs and send it to you via email. Follow up calls will be provided to answer any questions you may have.

The ticket system is a new approach to managing customers complaints and needs- Having this ticket system allows us to track and follow your issues and make sure that they get resolved adequately and timely!

This system allows us to catalogue and preview issues on a dashboard to make sure things are not falling through the cracks. It also allows upper management to keep an eye on how customers needs are being met.

What Sets Cleanstart Apart From The Competition?
- Owner Managed: We are committed to each customer from the largest account down to the smallest. We participate in the cleaning process of each new customer until we are satisfied with the cleanliness of your facility. We will go out of my way to ensure your satisfaction.
- No Annual Contracts: We believe that if we are meeting your needs then there is no reason for something binding and if we are not meeting those needs then you as the customer should not be forced to work with us.
- Extensive Cleaning: We believe in wiping down all surfaces. Most companies will specify that they, for example, will clean vents once a month. Our philosophy is “if it’s dirty – clean it.”
- Customer Service: On a regular basis, our office staff sends out a customer service survey to all our clients asking them for their input on how we are doing or where we can make improvements. All of these comments are very important to us because your opinion matters!
