Last Friday, Kevin met me at the office to take a walk-through of our space in preparation for our new custodians who were coming to start services later in the day. He then proceeded to clean the carpets in our 5 small offices, our conference room, hallways and kitchen. (Yes, carpet in the kitchen. You can imagine…) He worked around furniture, and even moved lighter items to clean underneath them, including all our conference room tables and chairs. The result was fantastic!
Walking in the office on Monday, I immediately noticed the stains we had lived with all this time were almost entirely gone. There was no heavy, residual scent of perfumed cleaning products, just fresh, clean air. As far as the general custodial services, everything was spotless. They even cleaned our doors! All my co-workers agree that we have never experienced this level of cleanliness in this space, and several of us almost immediately noticed that the sinus issues that we have been struggling with in the past have greatly diminished this week while in the office.
