Meet Our Team
Caleb Ferling, Client Relations Principal
Caleb started Cleanstart in 2002 after working with several national and regional cleaning companies. The vision for Cleanstart was birthed out of a frustration for the way his previous employers handled and managed their businesses.Caleb’s goal was to provide affordable cleaning rates and excellent customer service. Owning Cleanstart has allowed him the privilege of raising his two beautiful daughters and being part of all aspects of their lives. Caleb’s continued enthusiasm for his business and his “commitment to customer satisfaction” has been his motto for the past fifteen years.
Tracy Johnson, Director of Operations Principal
Tracy has been in and around the cleaning industry since starting his first company in 1995. He is the father of three children, two boys, and a beautiful daughter. Tracy handles all the operations end of Cleanstart from customers to payroll. He has played a vital role in the success of Cleanstart. Tracy’s hobbies include mountain biking, working out and being a faithful and loving father and husband to his family.
Marie Johnson, Controller
Marie is a proud mother of two sons and five grandchildren. She has been working with Cleanstart for the last six years. She is an example of everything that is good. She is dedicated to the success of her family and this business. She is a self-proclaimed workaholic. Not only does Marie handle all the accounting for CleanStart, she is also a successful real estate agent.
Julianna Campos, Service Manager
Julianna has been working with Cleanstart for 6 years. She personally oversees 30 employees and over one hundred customers. She is the proud mother of three children two boys and one girl. She is as dedicated to her kids as she is to her career. She is a priceless asset at Cleanstart. Her hobbies are crafts and working out. She has been in the cleaning industry for over twelve years and she is great at what she does. Our employees not only consider Julianna a “boss,” but also a friend.
Tracy Foster, Prospect Representative
Tracy has been working with Cleanstart since 2013. She has been married to her high school sweetheart for thirty-eight years. Tracy has lived in Washington state for 30 years. She is the proud mom of two sons one daughter in law and one grandson.
Tracy is a true nurturer she loves taking care of her family. She enjoys the outdoors, animals she loves to sew, cook and garden. She also has an Etsy shop where she buys and sells small antiques.
Brenda Shufflebotham, Prospect Representative
Brenda has worked with Cleanstart for almost 5 years. She enjoys meeting new people and has established meaningful working relationships with many business owners. A large amount of her time is spent in her volunteer work that entails purchasing materials for building projects and disaster relief programs. Brenda enjoys traveling, entertaining friends and family, walking her dog, exercising and spending quality time with her husband and daughter.
Tammie Pertile, Prospect Representative
Tammie is part of our front office team and has been with Cleanstart since October 2012. She appreciates the flexible schedule and opportunity to work from home that Cleanstart provides. Prior to Cleanstart, Tammie received her work experience through a variety of jobs beginning back in high school: from courthouse volunteer work to her most recent job working in a medical office.
Tammie is married to her best friend of almost 15 years. Together, they have raised two lovely daughters here in the PNW who have now set out on their own adventures in life. Tammie and her husband love exploring this beautiful area with friends and family through hiking, boating/sailing, and photography. Tammie also enjoys music, gardening, cooking and volunteering in her community.
